If it was about the test that I was called and asked if I would participate in a test. I said yes as they said it was just a swab taken. It was alot more then that. It was a tube with a balloon at tip that I have to swallow. A far cry from a swab. Also the girl who 1st met with me to take my information didn't ask my name and entered .you info under someone e else. Then introduces me to the tech as the other person. Still do not have results of test
Just failed my 4th colonoscopy at this place. First couple of times I probably may not have followed 100% instructions but 3rd and this last 4th one I was extremely careful. It could still be me still but definitely switching the clinic.Found from AI that it is quite possible their equipments could be a problem as well. The 1st colonoscopy I got done few years back, went well in spite of eating some food by mistake. So again, I m not saying it was definitely the facility but just sharing my experience. Staff was good.
